Fibra Dike

Interpretation

Numerical and analytical interpretation of the measurement data

Evaluation

The data collected during the tests is interpreted and evaluated through adequate analytical and numerical modeling techniques. Modeling is an essential part of monitoring: in order to estimate the risk from measurement, the phenomenon must be understood and interpreted.

Results

The final goal is the spatially precise early identification of collapse risk along a large area of river levees and earth dams based on model-aided reliable interpretation of the carried out measurements. Proper countermeasures can therefore be early planned and adopted before failure take place.
